It was casual day for me. I do casual by wearing sequins!

I dragged poor sick RDog out of bed to take these pictures. He stayed home "sick" for the day, which really meant he worked from home. While home, he managed to capture this little angel sitting in the sun.

She is so adorable, I just had to share.

Oh and yes, RDog is feeling much better now.

A Little Something Something

I decided today would be a treat day so I headed to Sephora after school to pick up a little something something for me.

I choose a new powder from Make-up Forever and then got all this loot as a gift.

My purchase was also enough to bring up to the V.I.B point. Yah for whatever that means.

Then I got Chinese food. This is not related to fashion or makeup but it was really yummy so I thought I'd let you know.

Mini Marshmallow Shortage

I'm not sure why my hands are balled up onto fists in this picture. I was not angry.

Ok, maybe I was little bit angry. There is a mini-marshmallow shortage in my city!

I have a urge to make these but cannot find the key ingredient; fruit flavoured mini-marshmallows. Every grocery store I check has its marshmallow shelf cleaned out.

If you have mini-marshmallows, peanut butter and butterscotch chips, you should totally make Confetti Squares. They are so worth it.

Don't worry, I'm still eating clean on workdays; just planning for my weekend treats.

I wore this to my staff Christmas party last weekend. I recycled the same dress from RDog's staff party but made it more teacher-ish with the addition of the blazer.

I don't socialize too much with my fellow teachers but I should more often because we both had a blast. Teacher staff parties are super fun!

I Hate Shoes

My faithful black boots are getting worn looking. The leather has big rips and holes in it, especially on the heel part. But I don't want to replace them. I simply HATE shoe shopping.

I have the widest feet known to man and it is so difficult to find shoes that fit.

No kidding, I went to a podiatrist and she told me they don't get any wider than my feet.

My favorite shoe store, Naturalizer, hasn't been doing it for me lately. Their wide sizes are simply not wide enough.

Anyone one out there with a similar wide foot affliction that can recommend a fashionable shoe store?
