Birthdays and Brackets
Dress: Banana Republic
Shoes: Karen Scott
Headband: RW&Co
Last night RDog took me out for a birthday dinner. I am now 30 (sigh).
After dinner, we drove around town looking for a keg for our pool party today (keg, pool, disco ball, and pinatas = a good time). I noticed the light was dying fast (what is up with these shorter days) and commanded RDog to pull over and take some blog pictures. The spot we choose is my school (which needs a good weeding).
Then we finally found our keg and headed downtown for a few drink-e-poos and dessert (tiramisu!). It was a great birthday night. Thank RDog!
Now I will stop writing in parentheses (maybe).

ReplyDeleteHappy birthday! 30 is such a great age to be, even though I remember when I hit that marker I wasn't so convinced. You look great in that dress and I'm happy to hear you had a fun evening.

ReplyDeletea very slimming style, but the black and gray looks pretty serious...before I read the text, I thought you might be going back to work for a meeting or something...and even though I am not in a school system, if you all go back to work, it means summer is over... :( Lucky it was just your birthday...whew. happy birthday. (I had to re-post this due to my inability to spell)
