The dress is great. Does it run TTS? Looks like a good transitional piece: cotton and modal. How does the fabric feel?

It does run TTS. The fabric is pretty good for Old Navy. I had to wear a slip underneath because of course it is not lined. The fabric is thin so I wouldn't wear it during the depths of winter but I will definitely wear it in November and March.
