I cut back on the spending this month to allow more money for Christmas presents. But I couldn't resist Forever 21's Boxing Day Sale. It's a gamble to see what a nine dollar blazer will look like in real life. It could be a waste of nine dollars or it could be the best nine dollars I've ever spent. It could go either way with Forever 21.
