Ok, maybe I was little bit angry. There is a mini-marshmallow shortage in my city!
I have a urge to make these but cannot find the key ingredient; fruit flavoured mini-marshmallows. Every grocery store I check has its marshmallow shelf cleaned out.
If you have mini-marshmallows, peanut butter and butterscotch chips, you should totally make Confetti Squares. They are so worth it.
Don't worry, I'm still eating clean on workdays; just planning for my weekend treats.
