Scenes from a Nova Scotian Christmas

RDog and I spent Christmas with my parents in Nova Scotia. Here are a few pictures from our holiday.

The home grown Christmas tree. My parents live in the country so my dad always keep an eye out for future Christmas trees around them. He shapes them for a few years ahead of time to get the perfect look. This one actually came from right behind the spot where RDog and I were married. It's an extra special tree.

RDog with his fancy photo-taking skillz.

The house I grew up in that my father built. He's a talented man. Notice the lack of snow; it was a green Christmas. That doesn't happen very often.

I hope everyone had a happy holiday!

  1. My BIL is sitting on my couch right now...all the way from NS! He usuallys gets snowed in or out around this time of year!

  2. The green Christmas didn't last long. It's snowing like crazy right now.

  3. Gorgeous photos, KDot! Thanks for sharing.
Tell your Dad that I think it was a PERFECTLY shaped tree!
Happy Holidays to you and RDog!

  4. Thanks for sharing the pictures! The tree is beautiful!
