I have big kids who act like little kids too. The thing that made me question their age the most this week was when my grade 9's lost their schedule. The grade 9s came in a day early for orientation. I gave them their schedules with all the first day paperwork I had to hand out but warned them not lose them because the secretaries had not printed my copies off yet. Next day class starts and five minutes before first period, EIGHT of my homeroom students come up to me, "Miss. I left my schedule at home." $#*^!
KDot: I love exclamation points and toast, sales and kitties, books and RDog. I teach big kids stuff, make up silly songs, and dance in my kitchen. I take a picture of my clothes everyday, but I really am shy. Welcome to my life and style journey as a wannabe fashionista.
Oooh, what a lovely outfit! My brain feels your pain -- or would if it weren't also so darn tired! ;)
ReplyDeleteMy brain also feels your pain. I teach grade 10 and 11 science...although some days I swear they are kindergarten kids! I love your outfits!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the empathy folks! :-)
