This was not what I planned to wear today but when I got this morning, it was cold! Too cold for bare legs so a quick outfit change had to be made. It looks like tights weather is here.

ReplyDeleteThanks Joyce. The Bay is a Canadian department store. I think it would be the equivalent of Macy's. It's not online. Gigi posted a picture of a similar style of skirt from WHBM. I would LOVE to have that store here!

ReplyDeleteI might be in the minority here, but I love tights weather! I don't really like baring my (overly white) legs during the summer. Bring on the tights! This is a beautiful skirt, btw. So elegant and chic!
