Here is what I wore last night at RDog's staff party.
Dress: Martin and Osa - I got this in the fall on a super summer clearance. I'm glad I had the chance to finally wear it even though it was super cold doing so.
Necklace: Martin and Osa
Belt: RW & Co
Shoes: Naturalizer
Tights: Spanx - These are reversible and super nice. It's crazy to think about how my tights cost more than my dress but they are totally worth it.

Great dress, love the belt and necklace too!
ReplyDeleteI love it when summer dresses can be winterized—the details are pretty, and nicely highlighted by the necklace. Fun party outfit!
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies. I ended up throwing on a sweater for part of the night. This dress could not be winterized for temperatures of -30. Yuck!
ReplyDeleteFab outfit - you look gorgeous! I wore a sleeveless black dress and tights when we hosted our annul (huge) Christmas Party. It was great when I was running around as hostess - but after most people left, I ran upstairs to grab a cardi since I had cooled down a lot. Not to -30, though - yikes! How do you Canadians do it?
ReplyDeleteWow! Great dress, great necklace, and i love the bright red lipstick! You look so glamorous!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty!! How is M&O sizing? Comparable to J. Crew? I want to order but the thought the trial and error of learning a new size chart give me the sighs.
ReplyDeleteThanks Zoe!
ReplyDeletePFP, I find that J Crew runs big (I usually take a size 6 in J Crew clothing). Martin and Osa runs true to size. I take the same size in M&O clothing as most other brands; an 8. Their returns are super easy if the sizing doesn't work out for you. They include a postage paid sticker to smack on the box to send it back.
